Sharing the same philosophy as The Ethicurean of being ‘led by the seasons’ Louise uses garden foliage, wild material from hedgerows and woods, together with blooms from nearby flower farms. Over coffee and cake Louise will share her passion for colour, texture and form and show you how to make the most of local and seasonal delights. Open to all levels of experience enjoy spending time making your own seasonal celebration with Louise on hand to help and guide you. Having feed your creativity with the morning’s activities you will to be ready to feed your body and can choose from the Ethicurean’s light lunch daily menu.
